Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Atelier Movement ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website, request a quote, contact us or place an order. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to share it), whether you are buying for home or studio use, quantity, timing, your message and any other details you include in our quote or contact forms, or in chat.
Order information: if you place an order, your billing and delivery details and order history. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
Campaign and referral information: when you arrive from an advertisement or link, we record the page you landed on, the referring website and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags or Google Ads click identifiers) and submit them with your enquiry so we understand which campaigns bring enquiries.
Device and usage information: like most websites, we and our service providers collect information such as your browser type, IP address, pages viewed and how you interact with the site, using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and prepare your quote and recommendation.
To process, deliver and support your order, including warranty and after-sales support.
To communicate with you about your quote, order and delivery.
If you ask us to, to let you know when new products, such as our gym equipment line, become available.
To measure and improve our website and advertising.
To prevent fraud, keep our services secure and meet our legal obligations.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our ads. These tools may set cookies. Where required, you can manage your choices through the cookie banner, our Your privacy choices page and your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser, where required by law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers who help us run our business, including Shopify (website hosting, checkout, forms and chat), our email provider, analytics and advertising partners, and, once you place an order, manufacturing, payment and delivery partners, only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Our relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes personal information to provide and improve its services. To learn more, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business records, and order information for as long as required for warranty, tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses such as targeted advertising. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International transfers

Our service providers may store and process information outside the country where you live. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards for these transfers.
