Shipping Policy

Every Atelier Movement reformer and machine is made to order and delivered by freight. This policy explains delivery timing, charges and your responsibilities when your order arrives.

Where we deliver

Delivery is free to addresses in the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states and Washington, DC). For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or delivery outside the United States, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver and at what cost.

Delivery time

Orders are typically made and delivered in 3 to 5 weeks. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by production, carrier schedules, weather, customs and other factors outside our control. We confirm your estimated delivery window when you order and will let you know if it changes. Studio orders can be delivered in stages.

Delivery charges and taxes

Delivery is free within the contiguous United States. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout and are your responsibility.

Delivery, access and set-up

• Your order is delivered by a freight carrier, who will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
• Delivery is curbside or to the ground floor. Unloading, carrying inside, assembly and set-up are not included unless agreed in writing, and can be arranged on request for an additional charge.
• A reformer is around 8 feet (about 2.4 meters) long and heavy. You are responsible for confirming that your entrance, doorways, hallways, stairs and elevators can accommodate it, and for arranging help to move it into place.
• Someone over 18 must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, the address is incorrect or the site is not accessible, any re-delivery, storage or return charges are your responsibility.

Inspection and damage

Please inspect the packaging and product when it arrives, before signing, and note any visible damage or missing boxes on the carrier's delivery receipt. Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos or a short video. Deliveries that are signed for without noted damage and not reported within 48 hours are treated as received in good condition. See our Returns & Warranty policy for how damage is handled.

Title and risk of loss

Ownership of your order, and the risk of loss or damage, pass to you on delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
